4)) There are anti-snoring products being sold in the market like mouthpieces, anti-snore ring, pillows, mouth guard and those funny gadgets that one has to wear around the head before sleeping. Before purchasing any of those, try to read reviews first to see if they are actually effective.
5) There are breathing exercises that you can perform to address the problem. This will strengthen and tone the muscles in the throat area which can lead to the clearing of the nasal air passages.
