Stop Snoring Procedures
is there a surgery I can undergo to stop from snoring so loudly?
I have apnea and currently use a cpap machine. My issue it that I snore loudly and always have even before I had apnea. It has put a damper on my personal life and I am afraid to get involved with someone because of my loud snoring. There are so many things out in the medical world that doctors can do for people with concerns about their body etc, but I don’t hear of anything but nasal strips out their for people who snore. Is there any medical procedure that can help me?
My question refers to sleep overs where I don’t want to use my cpap machine or naps while other people are around
Check with your Doctor that gave you your cpap machine first. I’m thinking that if your cpap is working correctly, that you should not be snoring at all. You better check with your cpap Dr. to be sure.
If all else fails, You could see an Ear nose and Throat specialist(ENT). There is a surgery they do for snoring. That is the type of Doctor to see an ENT. Also, They may have a remedy to where you won’t need surgery. If it is your sinuses, the same type of Dr. can help you. ENT
